Privacy policy
This notice explains what ONON.PRO processes when you use the website and how you can exercise your rights.
Data processed to provide the service
The server receives ordinary request metadata such as IP address, browser information and timestamps. Calculator inputs are processed to return a result and are not stored in calculation analytics. Operational records contain the calculator key, locale, duration, success status and error code, without the entered values. Security and infrastructure logs are retained only as needed to operate and protect the service.
Optional analytics
Only after consent, Google Analytics measures page usage. ONON.PRO also records internal search queries, result counts and relevance, clicks, result position, reformulations, exits, quick returns and successful follow-up calculations. The session identifier is random and stored as a one-way hash; the Search Demand database does not store a full IP address. Country may be derived at country level when the hosting proxy provides it.
Location and submitted content
Fishing coordinates are requested only after your action, used to obtain a forecast and not saved by ONON.PRO. Text entered in developer tools is processed for the response and not added to analytics. Calculator suggestions are voluntary; their text and language are stored so they can be reviewed. Do not submit personal or confidential information.
Purposes and legal bases
Necessary processing supports delivery, security and reliability of the requested service and our legitimate interests in operating it. Optional analytics is based on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. Voluntary suggestions are processed to respond to the request and plan requested functionality.
Processors and international transfers
Hosting infrastructure is provided by Hetzner in the EU. When analytics is accepted, Google processes Analytics data under its privacy and data-transfer terms and may process data outside your country. ONON.PRO does not sell personal data or enable advertising storage through this implementation.
Retention
Raw internal search events are deleted after 90 days by default. Aggregated, non-identifying demand clusters may be kept longer. Consent choices are renewed after 180 days. Google Analytics retention is controlled in the GA4 property. Suggestions are kept while needed for review and planning, then deleted or anonymised. Operational and security logs are kept only for a limited period required for maintenance and incident investigation.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through “Privacy settings” without losing access to the service. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security and changes
We use access controls, rate limiting, bot filtering, transport encryption and data minimisation. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be published here with a new effective date.
