How it works

Calculate IPv4 and IPv6 network boundaries from an address and CIDR prefix. Inspect the normalized network, masks, first and last addresses, usable IPv4 hosts and full IPv6 notation.

The prefix selects the network bits. Remaining host bits determine the address count and final address; IPv4 additionally exposes subnet, wildcard and broadcast values.

Examples

Office IPv4 /24{"ipAddress":"192.168.10.42/24"}
IPv6 documentation prefix{"ipAddress":"2001:db8::1234/64"}
